Artwork Setup Guidelines
To ensure high-quality printing output, please DO NOT send artwork in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or low-resolution JPEGs.
Placed Images
Images should be at least 150 DPI at full size for best results. If higher resolution is not available, keep it at least 100–120 DPI.
Text
All text must be converted to outlines to avoid font issues.
Colour Matching
Any critical colours should be specified as CMYK colours.
Artwork Checklist
Before submitting your artwork, please make sure:
- Artwork has 2 cm bleed
- 1-up on a single page
- Text is converted to paths/outlines
- File is in CMYK colour mode
Frequently Asked Questions
- Ensure your credit card and billing information are entered correctly.
- Confirm that your card type, number, and CVV are correct.
- Verify that your billing address matches your card’s address.
- Check that you have sufficient funds and your card allows online purchases.
- Ensure your card limit for online purchases has not been exceeded.
