What are the production and delivery turnaround times?

Production and delivery are two separate stages. Production normally takes 2 to 4 working days and starts once your digital proof is signed off - every product page also shows its own standard turnaround. After production, courier delivery within New Zealand adds about 3 working days for most regions, plus 1 to 2 more days if your address is outside the metro delivery zones (such as around Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Hamilton). Add the two stages together for a realistic arrival window, and allow a little extra buffer for weather, busy season or courier congestion, because couriers can occasionally run behind schedule - so if you have a strict deadline, do not order on the very last day.
